Let Us Help You Reach a Resolution That Works Best For You and Your Family

WHAT IS MEDIATION?

Mediation is a process where a trained professional mediator acts as a neutral facilitator in divorce and family disputes and guides participants in communication and negotiation to reach a mutually agreeable solution. A mediator facilitates discussions, asks questions, provides legal information and resources, and helps participants brainstorm, narrow options, and problem-solve to assist the participants in reaching a mutually agreeable settlement.

WHY CHOOSE JODY MEEKER PC

Jody has over 30 years of experience in assisting families in divorce, custody, modification, enforcement of parenting time, division of domestic partnership, juvenile, and guardianship cases.

While some mediators only mediate the custody and parenting time issues, Jody Meeker PC provides mediation on all issues involved in a case, including financial issues. Since Jody is an attorney as well as a mediator, she can draft settlement documents, including legal documents for filing with the court. As a family law litigator, she gained valuable experience and legal information, including what a likely outcome would be if the case were decided by a judge, and the pitfalls that couples and families face when they leave decisions about their lives to a third party.

Jody prides herself on providing compassion and a high level of service to her clients. Jody strongly believes that couples and families benefit when they have control over the outcome of their case and can reach resolution out of court with the assistance of a professionally trained mediator.
